Lynex Solutions Ltd (trading as LYNEX) is the controller. We are in the United Kingdom. UK GDPR applies. This page covers the website and, if you become a client, the data needed to run the service. It is not legal advice and does not list every processor contract.

This website

If you browse the site we may use technical analytics to run it. If you send a form or book a 20-minute call, we use the details you give us to reply and, if it is a fit, talk about Core, Growth or Custom. Booking a call is a fit conversation, not a contract for the service.

If you become a client

We process call, SMS, form and booking data to operate the system for your business. You stay responsible for how you use that data and for any list you ask us to contact. We only run recovery outreach on a list where you confirm a lawful basis. Transactional messages (enquiry replies, missed-call text-back, booking confirmations you asked for) are part of the service.

Who processes data for us

Depending on the install: Stripe, Telnyx, Vapi, n8n, Airtable, Cal.com and Framer. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
